By accessing or playing Beach Runner ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Game immediately.

These Terms apply to all visitors, players, and anyone else who accesses or uses the Game. The Game is provided as a free browser-based entertainment experience.

Beach Runner is an HTML5 browser-based endless runner game set on iconic beaches around the world. Players collect gold coins, purchase in-game power-ups, and race against the clock across 12 unique beach levels.

Key features of the Game include:

• 12 world beach levels with unique marine wildlife and scenery
• In-game gold coins collectible during gameplay
• A beach shop with temporary power-ups purchasable with in-game gold
• Bilingual support (Arabic / English UI)
• Offline-capable as a Progressive Web App (PWA)
• Optional world records using score, gold, and email

In-game gold and progress are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. This data is not tied to an account and will be lost if you clear your browser data. If you submit a world record, your email and score details are sent to your Cloudflare Worker leaderboard API so the leaderboard can save and update your record.

The Game is free to play and is supported by display and interstitial advertisements served by Google AdSense (ca-pub-0623484428179404). Ads may appear between game sessions or at specific in-game moments.

By using the Game you acknowledge that:

• Ads are displayed by Google and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy and ad policies.
• Google may use cookies and device identifiers to serve personalised ads based on your browsing history.
• You can opt out of personalised ads via Google Ad Settings or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool.
• Interstitial ads include a visible skip or countdown timer; players are never forced to view an ad indefinitely.

Beach Runner itself does not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information (PII) on external servers.

Local data (stored only in your browser):

• Game progress, high scores, and lifetime statistics
• Unlocked levels and earned gold balance
• Audio mute preference and UI language setting

Third-party data collection may occur via Google AdSense and Google Fonts, which load external resources. These services operate under their own privacy policies. Please review Google's policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

All game code, artwork, audio, level designs, character sprites, animations, and branding associated with Beach Runner are the exclusive property of the Game's developer, protected under applicable copyright law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes
• Install the PWA version on your personal device
• Share the Game's URL with others

You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the Game's code or assets
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works
• Use game assets in other projects without explicit written permission
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

Beach Runner includes a developer/debug panel for testing purposes. While we cannot technically prevent its use, you agree not to:

• Use debug tools to artificially inflate scores and misrepresent them publicly
• Attempt to exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages in competitive contexts
• Inject malicious scripts or attempt to compromise the Game's integrity
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Game

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Game will be available at all times or free of errors
• Game progress stored in localStorage will persist across all browser updates
• The Game will function identically across all browsers and devices

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Material changes (such as significant new data collection or monetisation practices) will be communicated via a visible in-game notice where technically feasible.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the developer's country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
